Gourmet Gauntlet - 05/unknown - a lettuce reminder

Well. On one hand the young cockatrice was happy when the pain of the muskants ceised. But now she was dripping wet and swimming. Luckily all of her things where ok with being wet at some point. She had been careful to pick candles with a waxed wick in case they would get wet. Though she hadnt planned for a moisture of 100%.

She heard a sound above her from where she had fallen down and blinked up.
On the rocks above her stood a rather majestic creature with a graceful tail and mane. A Lettuce Lion.
It looked down at her with a puzzled and slightly annoyed expression, and her heart ran faster for a second. LettuceLions may be only threat level 2. But nonetheless a threat and in her floating position, she was no match for that creatures teeth.

Luckily for her the Lion already had caught some prey. An Aubergeese was hanging between its jaws. So apparently it was just curious as to what weird creature had been so stupid to step into muskants and made such weird noises and commotion. After giving her another glance the Lion turned around and vanished back into the woods.

Rheeanna rushed out of the water. And whilst she was trying to dry her things she decided that it was enough bumbling around. That Lion could have gotten her if it had wanted to. She needed to keep moving and take this more serious.
Something told her that if she didnt her chief would be a much worse encounter than a lion.
